  What's going to happen is that the clubs are going to have to force a bunch of drunks out on the streets at 3 a.m. rather than letting them leave on their own up to 5 a.m.
  
  And you're right, they'll be driving to the beach or downtown because as long as there are alternatives, people will continue partying.
  
  Only this time, there will be more drunks on the road.

  And I'm hoping to post the video by tomorrow. I'm waiting on some photos taken by the El Nuevo Herald photographer to include in the video.
  
  He was right there when it happened and told me he got some good shots, but, of course, they didn't. Now I have to go through the process of buying the pictures, but they will definitely add to the video.
