Updated: photo and video policy

Note: I'm reposting our official photo policy and amending it to reflect the fact that we are now posting videos as well. If someone from MiamiNights aims a camera at you, and you pose for it, you are consenting for it to be posted.

Many of the readers of this site also appear in our photos and videos. Please read the following carefully.

From this point forward, no photo or video we take ever goes down. If you're sober enough to pose for a photo or video, you're sober enough to give your consent to it being on the site. The only exception will be when something unexpected appears in the photo or video that wasn't evident when it was taken (like a nipslip), duplicate photos, or technical issues about the media itself (out of focus, poor lighting, etc).

Another photo thread. I can finally comment and equalize the Duran trade imbalance. He spent an inordinate amount of time on our forum before New Times gobbled him up.

I'll agree with this 100%. If you're coherent enough to ask me (or any club shooter) for a photo, you run the "risk" of being published.

I edit down for time and technical reasons mainly.
