Under the Line Design: KWILL
KWILL is Korey Williams, a soon-to-be transcontinental label that will stomp its fabulousness all over the fashion world. Korey’s vision is quite simple; make clean, well-constructed designs that fit well and look good. His fabrics, shapes and silhouettes compliment and contour the body. Seeing the pieces in action I couldn't help but compare KWILL to Dior. There are sprinklings of other influences as well as an infusion of Williams' own gregarious and beautiful nature.
Korey attended DASH, the infamous Miami-Dade design and architecture high school and spent one semester at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He is currently taking his designs on a piece-by-piece basis – which is a good thing. Custom-made means no one will be wearing your dress. So ladies, feel free to hunt Korey KWILL down before he lands in Paris.
