SoHo Lounge for sale?

This is too good to be true! Could SoHo Lounge's days be numbered? Someone please tell me this is acuatlly going to happen! There is no denying SoHo boasts an impressive space that with a little remodeling and the right management could help it return to the top of the mainland nightlife scene.

The place needs a lot of work for sure. I'm a big fan of the space. Guesses on what its going for? I mean, its not like I could ever afford it but its interesting information.

Here's the listing on their site, which states:

12,202sf existing building. Lot size 10,925 SF.
Two Story Building with Mezzanine. High Ceilings with added drama.

This property is ideal for a Restaurant/Night Club and is zoned for a full liquor license (4COP).
Interior: Has Existing Full Kitchen, 3 Bars, Ample Bathrooms.


I would assume they want $12 - $20 per square foot (or about $16k/mo) excluding the liquor license, or more since they built the mall right there.. but then again, times are tough in the real estate industry. Maybe I'll call tomorrow.

Oops, I found the info in another link on their site.. and I wasn't far off: they want $19 per square foot, or $17,500 a month. Not too bad considering the size and location, in my opinion. Here's the informational flyer/PDF which somehow fails to mention what a shitty club Soho was, and whether or not the ghosts of the tacky, sweaty losers who got stabbed there still haunt the property.
