MN Readers...This is celebration weekend! Tonight is Miami Nights one year anniversary party and tommorow  is Miami Music Guide's ONE YEAR party celebrating it's launch exactly one year ago tomorrow. It's been quite a ride covering events and parties in Miami, so we're throwin' our won! All I can say is we have some very progressive acts playing as well as some of Miami's best DJs on the decks... there should be ninjas as well.

This night actually surprised me. I never thought that I would've had a good time at a PS14 party. The Chimay was flowing! The patio area was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Whoever was spinning the 60's soul/garage music outside was flooring me and my girl. I was especially impressed with the live jam session by Inner City Bonfire, smooth shit. The crowd was chill and thank god it wasn't too packed, it was just right. Happy Birtday Miami Music Guide. I cross my fingers you do more nights like these....Miami needs 'em. Does anyone know who was spinning that 60's stuff?
DJ Alex Caso.
Thanks, I've seen his name on flyers before but never knew who he was. His set was fucking dope. It's good to go to a night and actually be surprised by the DJ. I was even more surprised that people were dancing to soul and psychedelic tunes. My girl, who is usually the biggest hater, only complained that his set wasn't long enough. Kudos to DJ Alex Caso and gigantic kudos to the Miami Music Guide. All the talent they showcased was dope.
