Modeselektor in Miami

If you weren't there, I feel bad for you. Modeselektor killed it! I remember most of it, and I remember hopping on stage with my friend Nikki and Nicole, dancing with them behind the screens trying not to get in the way of the projectors. I also arrived early enough to hear their soundcheck, which was pretty badass as well.

Anyway, if here is a clip of last night that someone posted on YouTube. Not exactly like being there, but I guess for you it's going to have to do.

Here's my video of Hyper Hyper - it gets better midway through the video once I clearly realize that Otto Van Schirach is there.

yellowpez, thats an awesome video. better than the one posted IMO. Last night was wild. Someone with otto's entourage was filming most of the night with a nice dv style camera. I'd love to see some of that footage.

i feel so lucky that i got to be there -- the guys were AMAZING. i don't think i've danced that long continually ever. and i got a free shot, semi-refreshing spray of bubbly and the black block video on cd all from the guys themselves.

I don't know when he will have the footage up, though.

Modeselektor was pretty fucking awesome. They had great momentum going for awhile...and that one crazy climax with the champagne explosion was epic. I can't think of a better way to have spent my birthday.

And yeah...i'd love to see some pics from the show but I am unsure of the photographers names/websites so if someone would link me that would be kewl.
