Miami New Times Iron Fork 2008

Next Wednesday, September 10th, The Miami New Times will host it's first Iron Fork event. What I hope to be a yearly event, Iron Fork is slated to be a battle royale between Miami's best chef's in a an Iron Chef kinda cookout. The chef's will be judged by celeb judges including Susser, Dean James Max, Clay Conley, Zach Bell, and Michelle Bernstein. It's weird but I actually love Iron Chef and Top Chef so seeing this kinda get's me salivating. During the event all guests will enjoy free booze, food samplings from the city's best restaurants and live music. Advanced tickets will cost you $20 and $25 at the door. In January we were presented with the first installment of Juicy Bags , a comic series created by Tyree Dillihay which depicts the lives of a group of UGGS Boots.
