Well I read on Crossfade that Studio A will have a new tenant. Something called Kukaramakara will be taking over the space very soon (can they have a more annoying and pointless website?). Apparently a chain club, Kuk will be a latin club in the heart of 11st. Not sure how this will play out really. I personally HATE chain venues, and I especially hate latin chain venues. I lived in Guatemala for three years and am very well versed on the kind of crap these places serve up. And to think it will be smack in the middle of 11st kinda makes me wonder whether these people did their research. I like the idea of hot Colombian chicks walking around Dtown getting harassed by bums and even possibly finding a drunk gullible one in the wee hours of the morning but personally I hate how presumptuous this type of crowd is.
I like to think of downtown as a progressive area in terms of night life. Not tailoring to the primped up, self indulging beach people; downtown for me is a haven from the life we see all too much in the music videos in which I like to avoid. Will this kinda shit fly in our "ghetto"? I say no. Let's start a pool shall we? I am guessing this Kukuma place will have plenty of capital from their wealthy drug barons in Colombia to survive quite a while so I would hazard a guess they will survive till after WMC 09. What say you?

¡Azúcar!
God I hope not.
Please note that I have already diagnosed Lackner with a condition I have coined as Club Induced Stress Disorder wherein the afflicted party shows signs of general disdain for what would normally be considered a fun event. The only known cure at this point is daily doses of narcotics and porn.
Gladly Louise... although first I am going to apply for my vendor's license, and then I am going get the most tricked out Arepa cart and detachable Materva/ diet coke/ vitamin water- slushie machine and setup shop right on 11th st clubster fuck, at which point i will gladly slap BAC with one of my tasty fresh metal cart made Arepas- or you could take a fucking chill pill, or better yet come by my cart and i will make sure to have an arepa waiting just for you. See you at Dolphin Mall.
Just in Miami.. out of every 100 hundred people, 61 are Latin, 18 are white, 18 are black.
Almost every shitty top 40 club has one night that caters to Latin Music.
Ya'll just show up and you might as well consider every club, a latin club.
That Kukawhateverthefuck, will probably last a very short time, you know that little area is going to explode with hot ghetto messes worse than it already is. Someone else will probably get shot, or shanked.. some west side story shit might break out... Studio A was an excellent balance for that area and even THEY had a Latin night. I think it was refreshing Space AND Nocturnal never went that route... That space is cursed. Same old shit.
*That is unless infamous Luis owns it. If not, I bet any amount of money there will be some serious latin mafia wars going on between them. . . wait and see.
*I'll take my arepa now, please* untz untz untz untz
LOLS!
mmm arepas! Now i'm hungry.
Dis person, Orejuelakdksja is encouraging masturbating with a cucumber, no?
Perhaps he will sell pepinos next to the arepa cart? Maybe he is well known for his pepino skillz?
YAY!
untz untz untz untz
But they are still not LEDDING you in.
I love when people write phonetically.
**side note** Kuka will prob have the best yay in town!
It would be pretty boring and stale is this were just another "journalistic" site don't u think Diana? I mean, look at what a great comment thread we got going here. Where the fawk are the rest of the South Americans defending the Colombians honor?!?!?1
By the way just google kukaramacara ... I think it will be a good start point.
As for your quip about stereotyping; here's a small fact for you, WE LIVE IN MIAMI THE NORTH AMERICAN HUB FOR LATINOS. The Latino environment was created a long fucking time ago. We don't need anymore kthx
Arepas Arepas!
Guarapo!
Arepas...
woot woot!
I think this is the best comment we have ever seen on MN. Kudos Farid, kudos.
Peace out.
UHHHH I think u might wanna look into living some where else. " I love Hater's!!!! "
Why u so upset ? lol
U Do realize that there is more Latin’s hanging out in Downtown then most cultures right? Have u ever even been there?!? I mean if am not mistaken That’s a lot of young Colombians back yard every Saturday!
No question here, Miami is a LAtin culture. What I am saying is that the downtown miami scene is not Latin. Yes latin kids are there, but is the dancing, club culture there? I don't think so. Then again I'm only 1 half breed latin kid speaking his mind.
Good so u understand that it has a chance of working out. Being that there is such a big Latin community. I’m just saying why bash it so soon. U might be surprised. If it didn’t work well no surprise there not a lot of clubs do in Miami. And if you’re truly Colombian most of the Spanish clubs or Colombian clubs you would go 2 are not at the beach there by our house. lol
So as a Colombian I find it great that there a spot that you could listen to some good different music and if your up to it hey some after hrs a walk away.
Arepas, vitamin water, and (being that I'm a notary) I will agree to marry couples for a nominal charge. Heck, I'll even throw in a complementary arepa.
WHEN YOU START TRAVELLING AROUND THE WORLD AND KNOW A LITTLE BIT MORE F CULTURE THEN COME AND WRITE HERE....LOOSERSSS
LOL KITEHI , the only portion of the world I haven't been to is Asia. I think I know a thing or two about Culture. As for spelling and grammar, i learned about those in elementary
Damn those chains
1- People need to chill.
2- Please don't talk about a country and it's culture if you have NEVER been there or lived there.
3- Kukaramakara is a VERY popular night club in Colombia. I have personally lived in Colombia and I have been to this nightclub both in Colombia and here in Miami.
I actually loved it. I was a bit reluctant as to where it is located..but once inside you seem to forget this nightclub is next to space and 90 degrees. Great legendary Spanish rock bands and artists have performed and the ambient is great.
Now it's a whole different story if you don't enjoy Spanish music, then I can see why you would not like it, but don't bash it comparing it to other low class Spanish nightclubs. (i.e La Covacha which was at it's peak BACK IN THE 90's now it's full of the typical Miami ref sporting armani exchange, white sunglasses and sucking on a lollipop.) No offense.
I also happen to know the owners of the nightclub and they are not associated with "drug barons". Just so you all know..not every wealthy person in Colombia is a drug Baron.
Now with that said, like every other nightclub in Miami it lasts only a couple of years then it turns into a low class nightclub or all ages club.
It's simple if you don't like Spanish music don't go, if you do. well check it out if want.
Helping other children of this generation promises your own children a better future.

contact center
A contact center (also referred to as a customer interaction center or e-contact center) is a central point in an enterprise from which all customer contacts are managed. The contact center typically includes one or more online call centers but may include other types of customer contact as well, including e-mail newsletters, postal mail catalogs, Web site inquiries and chats, and the collection of information from customers during in-store purchasing. A contact center is generally part of an enterprise's overall customer relationship management (CRM).
A contact center would typically be provided with special software that would allow contact information to be routed to appropriate people, contacts to be tracked, and data to be gathered. A contact center is considered to be an important element in multichannel marketing.
call center
A call center is a physical place where customer and other telephone calls are handled by an organization, usually with some amount of computer automation. Typically, a call center has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls and forward them to someone qualified to handle them, and to log calls. Call centers are used by mail-order catalog organizations, telemarketing companies, computer product help desks, and any large organization that uses the telephone to sell or service products and services. Two related terms are virtual call center and contact center.

Greetings...
I've been a silent visitor of this discussion community for a while but didn't get around to registering to the forum!
A couple of weeks ago, I found a great post on the board about techniques for gambling.
Anyway, I can't seem to find the original discussion thread is at, but I decided to comment and say that DailySportsCash.com Sports Betting site is the best out of all the options mentioned. :)
In August of 2007, Ozzie published his do-it-yourself manuals online. News spread fast and soon tens of thousands of people from all over the planet were reading the books, building their very own Water4Gas systems - and most importantly - sending us their findings, success stories and improvement ideas.
As demand grew, so did the need for this technology. With fuel prices topping an astounding $5 per gallon in the US in mid 2008, Water4Gas took their message to the media with national radio shows, TV news reports and demonstration events occurring in many cities all over the country.
As you read this page, we have grown into a massive global movement, leading the entire water-fuel industry.
