I heart the Miami real estate market

This is the reason I'm excited my lease on my $2,000 per month townhouse in the Coconut Grove is up in February. I'll probably be paying less than $1,000 to live in Brickell, Downtown or Midtown. I love taking advantage of other people's misfortunes. Yea, I could probably move to the Beach for even less, but I hate Midwesterns so fucking much.

Oh, and before you think I'm rich beyond belief (I'm a writer, remember?) for affording a $2,000 rent, I have a roommate.

Yeah, I was wondering about the 2,000, but still...how can u afford 1,000 per month is beyond me fucking lardass.

Duran, let me remind you, there are a couple midwest states that are cool. I will review those with you. Michigan(birthplace of techno), Illinois(birthplace of House) .

nick, first, why the need for personal insults? second, to answer your question, I sold my soul to corporate America doing copy writing/editing work and I freelance as much as I can on top of that.
