Oh BAC.... I know you didn't go to MSSH but it's as if you put this up for my personal amusement. They really make her look monstrous though. Can't wait to see more.

You can't understand the horror when I realized I went to high school and graduated the same year as those girls. It took various replays for me to realized that I recognized them.

P.S.: At least from high school I remember the girl who is telling the bouncer to "suck it" isn't fat at all. And she really doesn't look like it on the video. I mean she is no fatter than the average club-goer, and Snatch ain't all that too begin with. That's not to say her response to the bouncer is anything but classy.

All in all a very sad state of affairs, my friends. I would totally tell them to suck my ass too -- but paying a cover charge first, of course! :-)

I wouldn't have let her into my club. But I wouldn't have called her fat. I would have called her what she is, a loud-mouthed, spoiled bitch with her priorities out of order. People need to get over "getting past the ropes..." It's just a club people, it's not like Nelson Mandela is speaking inside.

but i wonder what the legalities are of posting that video on the web site. i'm sure those girls didn't sign releases, and it's now being distributed publicly. i guess that doesn't really matter to anyone in the blog era.

i have to wonder about the necessity for this 'clubland' series. is anything new happening in south beach to warrant some kind of expose now? not really. the chris paciello thing should be interesting, but is completely a different era. time for the old school beach diehards to get with the times.

I think if it is a documentary, and filmed in a public place (i.e. Wash Ave), there's no releases required. Not a lawyer so don't kick my ass if you need a release after all.

hmmm you're actually right, i think! i would love to have seen the confrontation that spurred that, but i suppose that's the point of a trailer/teaser! still--beyond a few minutes of laughing at someone being really foul-mouthed and lame to a bouncer at an even lamer club, is there anything new in this?? ah well.

hmmm, this has lead me to an idea. im going to try to contact the girls in the video, maybe they'll do a Miami Nights exclusive!! now i need to go through my yearbook and make some calls. i will get in touch with them! irony in all of this, they were some of the most popular girls in my high school.

eh in all seriousness i think the clubs look like bigger assholes than they do, even though they get totally ghetto about it. so what's the deal, is there a longer version of this--and the clip is just a teaser--or is that it?
