Back Door Bamby returns Saturday

Hell ya! Carmel Ophir's infamous Monday-night party Back Door Bamby returns this week for one night only on Saturday at where else but The Vagabond. If you've never heard or gone to Back Door Bamby, listen to me and listen to me carefully: YOU MUST GO! This party is legendary because shit gets crazy. I never had the opportunity to go to it back in the day and have been begging Carmel to bring the party back so I can experience what all the fuss is about. Well Saturday I'll finally get my chance.

There will be plenty of DJs for your listening pleasure including DJ Shannon and hot-slut-of-the-site Jessica Who? in the main room, while DJs Gregg Foremann and  Ryan Evans along with Carmel himself will be spinning the in Bar Room. You can also expect appearances by Circ X, The Sex Kittens, Adora, Jose "Negro" Ramirez and Lovely Lola.

were gonna need a huge metal guard tower with gigantic spot lights to keep all the hatians outta the backyard! Duran your unemployed right? We can pay you 50$ a night, or come to some sort of arrangement if needs be

Some of these ingredients are making me puke ...Ryan Evans, a 40 year-old Djing with a tambourine and flat ironed hair, a corny cast of out-dated burlesque characters, a dash of hipster and spoonful of south beach... not even the saccharine of the lovely Jessica can make me swallow that superficial stew. I’m sorry Ms. Who, nothing against you. I'm actually quite fond of your talents.

Someone needs to put Backdoor Bamby down. She died in the beach and her remains should stay there. We don’t want her decrepit SoBe corpse strolling downtown and infecting the population. There are enough zombie parties in this town.

I'm going to reserve judgment on the party as I did have fun at BDB back in the day, but I'm also going to completely steal the term "zombie party." Thanks SC! I missed your vicious ways.
