Note: I'm reposting our official photo policy and amending it to reflect the fact that we are now posting videos as well. If someone from MiamiNights aims a camera at you, and you pose for it, you are consenting for it to be posted.
Many of the readers of this site also appear in our photos and videos. Please read the following carefully.
From this point forward, no photo or video we take ever goes down. If you're sober enough to pose for a photo or video, you're sober enough to give your consent to it being on the site. The only exception will be when something unexpected appears in the photo or video that wasn't evident when it was taken (like a nipslip), duplicate photos, or technical issues about the media itself (out of focus, poor lighting, etc).
That party, it was a party party. Poplife chaos coming in a few hours. Big thanks to Andrews Lorenzana for taking these photos!
If you're the kind of person that is repulsed by numerous photos of the same person, turn and run away screaming naow. As is customary in Miami Nights culture, we overphotograph someone's departure, because we feel like it steals their soul, and since we don't understand anyone leaving anyway, what the hell do they need a soul for? Thanks to Alain for taking some of these photos.
Here's a wrapup of some misc photos from Vagabond that we haven't posted yet. Some where taken by Raul Cordoba and Andrews Lorenzana.
Big thanks to Andrews Lorenzana of Spiderpussy for taking these! Check out Spiderpussy tonight at PS14, featuring a live performance by The Mission Veo and 2-4-1 drinks. Click here for flyer
I am always skeptical when the latest golden boy DJ is being dragged from venue to venue, playing the same old tracks like beating a dead horse. But this guy was actually really good, twisting in and out tiny fragments of tracks and resisting the urge to please the crowd with big hits. A true artist and Coke drinker, you could see he was really into the set along with the crowd. A good time was had by all.
Last night was pretty fucking insane. The parties were great even if the turnouts weren't stellar. Poplife at White Room was packed! I mean it was impossible to move and the line for the girls' bathroom was about a 30-minute wait. Bronques of lastnightsparty.com did make an appearance, and I took my opportunity to chat with him. He's a super nice guy and seemed pretty happy to be documenting Miami's Downtown scene, probably because his last few Miami galleries have all been in and around South Beach. I told him I was glad he was back to doing what he did best: taking pictures of camera-obsessed hipsters. He did take quite a few pictures of me, some of which in ordered me to look angry, which isn't hard for me to do, people are always pissing me off. Another where me and my friend Berna posed, er, well, I guess you could call it seductively.
Oh and word to the wise, a cardigan paired up with Miami humid does not equal fun times not matter how good you look. I learned that last night.

You didn't think we'd be done with the WMC photo madness. That's what happens when you are backlogged. Anyway, we had another snazzy photographer all the way from London town. Holler at Mike Jones' MySpace if you like what you see.
Photos are from a bunch of places like Bass Sessions 2 at Nocturnal, The Windish Agency Pool Party at the South Seas Hotel, Fool's Gold Party at White Room, in-stores at Puma and Armani Exchange and much more!
